We support implementation, provide guidance and continue to manage the technical system after launch.
Expedition administration rarely fails because staff do not care. Problems occur when the latest information is spread across inboxes, spreadsheets, PDFs and separate booking systems. Expedition Section Hub is designed to give each booking, expedition or residential visit one controlled operational record.
Different users do not need to see the same information. Your system can be configured with separate access for administrators, EVCs, trip staff, instructors and parents, according to the workflow agreed during implementation.

Bring one upcoming expedition to the demonstration. We will show how participant records, consent, medical information, parent communication and EVC evidence could be structured around that expedition.
No system preparation is required. The first conversation is used to understand your current process and determine whether the service is suitable.
